another place you might consider promotions is NPR. I hear lots of stuff like this being advertised all the time on it.

I found a local guy to do the MC job. He owns a local arcade and everyone in town knows him,and he is very well liked, and a lot crazy, and said he would love to do the announcing and keeping the crowd entertained. Plus he is going to be handing out flyers and promoting the heck out of it from his shop and arcade. I think it's a big plus to bring him in on this. Sancho, Good idea, I will get a submission on there as soon as I can.

Good deal. I can't seem to get nothing to work for me. I've tried to get a bunch of deals and donations and not much is panning out. I may have to wait until this is over so people see how it went. I also think someone is either stealing or taking down my flyers I've been hanging up. They keep disappearing. Rusty can you e-mail me the flyer in a regular format instead of a jpeg?

They will be available to the bands and the crowd on a order basis. I will have more info in a day or so on this so be thinking about it. Looks like its still exploding

OK- I'm gonna ask this because others probably need to know as well. I'm asking so as to be informed. In the case of bands that are performing, is there gonna be an admission charge for their group members and thier vehicles discounted prices or none at all. I'm not trying to get someone thinking there should or should not be an admission fee- but whatever the case happens to be I and perhaps many others are gonna need to know what to expect. I'd have just PM'd you Rusty but thought this should be clear before hand- I know most guys in my group are gonna be leaving for a missions trip right after the performance- I'll either be staying or leaving with them and them and returning later within an hour or two. I do want to catch as many of the performances as possible, this should be really good.

I'm assuming that we are letting band members in for free since they aren't getting paid for performing. Friends, family, and anyone else associated with the band will pay, but band members specifically I think should be free. Hopefully Rusty will clarify.
