I'm sure there are companies out there for this,I'll do some research and see what I come up with.

getting a song in the hands of artists is just like any other business. Its ALL about who you know. I am speaking from first hand experience, just for clarification. There arent really companies that do this per se. To get a song to a major artist, you have to already have made a name for yourself in the songwriting market. a good way to begin is simply to network. but dont use that a just an end to a means. Develop genuine relationships with people. Also, have your songs recorded, but have it done professionally. have them darn near radio ready. also, registering your work with publishing companies such as ASCAP or BMI helps greatly, for legal reasons and it aid greatly in networking opportunities. Lastly dont get discouraged. write, write write. the music industry is just the same as any other, like i said before, and songs are products. they are marketed, they are advertised, they are trendy, just like a shirt or a pair of jeans. What was in today, wont be tomorrow, and it might be back in the next week. Sorry for the long post, but i hope this helps a bit!

i tend to get songs when i am in the quiet places if you listen to the stuff in your head then it's not so hard to come up with great music the skill comes with putting it together.
