I'm looking for a Vocal Processor to add some effects? Plus I don't want it to hurt my wallet much! Any Ideas???

Digitech makes the best ones, while the newer ones arent cheap, sometimes you can find some of the older models on Ebay for a decent price....

depends on what you need it to do,I'm using a microverb 4,it has chorus, flange, delays, reverbs, and you can store your custom mixes. You can get into one for under a hundred on ebay. I like this one,in fact I have a microverb 3 also, good clean sounding effects.

I saw Digitech's on youtube after posting this! Then looked at guitar center and found it for 199.00. It does alot for the buck really. I like the harmonizer they have also. Neat stuff!!!
