Practice is fun,and tends to relieve a lot of stress for me,but I'm totally wrung out afterwards. Maybe I'm just getting old,but the better we sound, the more tired I am after..lol

I know the feeling, but it is good to have a nice practice where everything just goes really well!!!! ;D

The last practice I went to was a complete disarray mess of time wasting (Junkman will attest to this!!) 4 people all trying to make decisions and never agreeing. A lead singer (with KILLER vox) who couldn't be bothered singing sometimes, a bassist with chronic ADD, a sound tech with good intentions and outspoken opinions and a non-functioning PA... Usually though I wind up with a good feeling after most sessions, I'll typically roll over, fart and go to sleep...
Oh wait...

Well luckily for us we don't have bad practices. We are like brothers from other mothers. After a year there has never been a disagreement,or ego, or anything. Quite nice,in fact I'm prolly the slacker in the group, I don't have as much time as everyone else..lmao.

I feel the same ways sometime after practice. We play Fire as our last song and I pound it out like a pro I guess....but sure does take alot out of me.
